In most cases, there are working templates available for you to use, such as letterheads or PowerPoint templates, with the logo already placed.

PNG and JPG formats are primarily used for on screen viewing. These include all MsOffice documents including PowerPoint presentations and Word documents. They are also suited for all web and email applications.
